Food and Beverage Director Grand Hotel Vienna. Responsible for the planning and execution of this ambitious historical hotel renovation. The extensive Food and Beverage hotel operations included, Restaurant “Le Ciel”- a modern French restaurant, “Unkai”, one of the best rated Japanese restaurants in Europe; “Grand Café” Vienna’s first 24 hour restaurant; two bars and banquet facilities with more than 300 guest capacity.
The restaurants were awarded 4 toques by Gault Millau within the first year and have received several awards for innovative Restaurant concepts in the hotel Industry.
